Tom Chapman is a lifelong Arizonan dedicated to service, integrity, and fairness. He served more than 25 years in law enforcement with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Cottonwood Police Department, and Chandler Police Department. His roles included motor officer, background detective for command staff hiring, and financial and computer crimes investigator. He also served as a training officer and police instructor and received multiple unit citations and a life saving award.
During the last 15 years of his career in law enforcement, Tom also worked as a mortgage loan officer, helping families navigate major financial decisions. For the past seven years he has worked as an MRI technologist, continuing his commitment to serving others.
Tom is an Eagle Scout and active community volunteer. He has been married to his wife Charlene for seven years and is a proud father of three. He and Charlene moved to the City of Maricopa in 2022. Tom is running for Justice of the Peace to ensure local residents have access to a fair, efficient, and accessible court system that serves the community with professionalism and respect.
I am running for Justice of the Peace to serve the Western Pinal Justice Court with fairness, integrity, and real world experience. I will bring decades of public service, professional discipline, and sound judgment to ensure every resident is treated with respect, accountability, and equal justice under the law.
